Morgan R. Daley

Law Clerk

Morgan is a law clerk in the practice areas of criminal defense and habeas corpus law. She is a law school graduate and plans to be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut in 2022. Morgan looks forward to becoming a criminal defense and habeas corpus attorney with the firm once she is admitted to practice.

Morgan joined the firm in September 2021. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for a small firm that focused on personal injury and criminal defense law. She also worked as a legal intern for the City of West Haven, a certified student intern for Quinnipiac University School of Law's Civil Justice Clinic, and a publication editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Morgan received the Garret McGarrity Farrell Award, which is presented to a law student committed to serving those in need. Morgan is the Greater New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parade Queen for 2020-2022, and she recently accepted the role of legal apprentice for the parade.

Morgan graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2021, where she received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, and from Quinnipiac University in 2018, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, magna cum laude.
