Tiffany J. Barlow

Tiffany Barlow practices in the areas of criminal defense and habeas corpus law. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New Jersey. Her admission to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut is pending.

Tiffany joined the firm in October 2023. Before joining the firm, she worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender. She worked as an assistant deputy public defender in the statewide Appellate Section, and then in the Essex County Trial Region. During law school, she served as a staff editor of the Howard Human and Civil Rights Law Review. Tiffany interned at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the National Habeas Institute, and the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs. In her final year of law school, Tiffany was the Director for Communications for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the National Black Law Students Association and a Henry Ramsey Dean’s Fellow, a role in which she tutored first and second-year law students in legal writing.

Tiffany received a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies with a minor in African American studies from the University at Buffalo in 2018.
